    Semi-Private Strength & Conditioning

    CHP Semi-Private Training is built for athletes who want personalized programming with the energy of a small group environment. Every athlete has different strengths, limitations, and goals — so every athlete deserves a program that reflects that. In our semi-private sessions, each athlete follows an individualized strength and conditioning plan while training alongside 2–4 other athletes for added motivation, accountability, and competition.

    Group Training

    CHP Group Training is designed for athletes who want to build strength, jump higher, run faster, move better, and compete — all within a high-energy team environment. Every session blends strength, plyometrics, speed development, change of direction, and movement quality to build complete, durable athletes. We train the physical qualities that translate directly to sport — and we do it with structure, intent, and intensity.

    Active Recovery Session

    Athletes don’t get better from training alone — they get better from recovering from the training. CHP Active Recovery Sessions are designed to help athletes bounce back faster, move better, and stay healthy throughout the season and the off-season. This isn’t lying on the ground stretching for an hour. It’s guided, movement-based recovery backed by sports science.
