About the event
8-Week Summer Strength and Conditioning for athletes. Focussed on building a foundation, then progressing through strength and power. Progressions are based off of how the athelte is progressing and each program is individualized to the athlete. This allows for personalized programming that allows each athelte to be challenged and progressed based off their individual progress, strengths, and weaknesses.
