Real results. Real confidence. Real Development.
At Conquer Human Performance athletes don't just train harder - they learn how to move better, build confidence and become more prepared for their sport.
But don't just take our word for it, check out what parents and athletes have to say!
We had a great experience with Conquer Human Performance. My 12-year-old daughter participated in a 10-week training program to prepare for basketball season, and it was exactly what she needed.
The program focused on jumping mechanics, footwork, and an introduction to weightlifting in a way that was safe and appropriate for her age. The coaches did a great job breaking down movements and building confidence while teaching proper technique.
What stood out the most was how they kept the sessions fun and engaging. My daughter looked forward to every workout and stayed motivated throughout the entire program.
If you’re looking for a program that helps young athletes improve performance while learning good training habits, I highly recommend Conquer Human Performance.

My son has been working with Evyn for several years now with weight lifting, and the experience has been outstanding. Over that time, the training and guidance he has received have helped him grow tremendously as an athlete. With Evyn's training with weight lifting, my son has qualified for States for the past two years, and this year he made the podium and placed 4th in Track and Field.
Evyn is extremely knowledgeable and always maintains a positive, supportive attitude. Evyn knows how to push athletes to improve while still keeping the environment supportive and motivating.
We are very thankful for all the time, dedication, and expertise that has gone into helping my son succeed. We are extremely pleased with the training program and would highly recommend it to any athlete looking to improve and reach their goals.
